Frequently Asked

Common questions, honest answers.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are in-network with most major insurance providers including Aetna, Regence, Premera, Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, TRICARE West, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and BCBS-WA. If you don't see your plan, call us at (425) 535-8167 — we may still verify your benefits.

Is telehealth right for me?

For most patients, yes. Telehealth offers the same clinical quality as in-person visits with greater flexibility. Some situations benefit from in-person sessions, and we'll discuss what's best during your initial consultation.

What happens at my first visit?

A 60-minute conversation about your history, current symptoms, and goals. There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Together we arrive at a working diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Annabel can prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, with close follow-up and coordination with your primary care provider.

Is everything I share confidential?

Absolutely. All sessions, records, and communications are protected under HIPAA. The only legal exceptions involve imminent risk of harm — and even then, we'd discuss any disclosures with you first.

Take the next step at your own pace.

Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
