Medication Management.
Medication is rarely a fix on its own — but for the right person, in the right dose, with the right oversight, it can be life-changing. Our approach is conservative and collaborative. We start low, go slow, follow up closely, and coordinate with your primary care provider so that everyone treating you is on the same page.

A clear, collaborative approach.
Treatment isn’t something we do to you — it’s something we build together.
Comprehensive Review
We review your full medication history, current regimen, response patterns, and any concerns you have.
Evidence-Based Choices
When prescribing, we choose medications based on the latest research, your specific situation, and your preferences.
Close Follow-Up
Especially in the first weeks, we check in frequently to monitor response, side effects, and adjust as needed.
Coordinated Care
We work directly with your primary care provider to ensure safety, avoid interactions, and provide truly continuous care.
Common questions.
How long are medication management visits?
Initial psychiatric evaluation visits are 60 minutes. Follow-up medication management visits are typically 20–30 minutes.
How often will I need to come in?
During the first 6–8 weeks of a new medication, every 2–4 weeks. Once stable, every 1–3 months. Always your call if you want to come in more often.
Can I do medication management via telehealth?
Yes — most psychiatric medications can be safely prescribed via telehealth. A few controlled substances may require occasional in-person visits, which we’ll discuss.
What if I want to come off medication?
We support you in that. Tapering off psychiatric medication is a clinical skill — we do it slowly, carefully, and with close monitoring to keep you safe.
You don’t have to do this alone.
